Senior Attorney Timothy M Doud
Timothy M. Doud received his Juris Doctor from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, in 1988, receiving the American Juris Prudence Award in Criminal Law. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of the State of New York, Albany in 1985 and an Associate of Arts Degree from Jamestown Community College in 1978. He was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Florida in 1995. His professional experience includes an extensive background in Law Enforcement, Investigations, and private industry.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He has served as a volunteer attorney for the 6th Judicial Circuit Guardian Ad Litem Program and has served as Appointed Counsel in Juvenile cases in the 13th Judicial Court. He is on the NRA’s referral Attorney list.
In addition to being admitted to practice in state court, he is admitted to practice before the Federal District Courts for the Middle District of Florida.
